Has anyone ever had an issue with not being able to cancel an order? I’ve been trying to have an outlet order cancelled. My order # doesn’t even work when I search for my order. I placed the order on Wednesday. I have called
coach twice since yesterday and both times they said they couldn’t cancel. The first time they said it was too late to cancel. Today they told me it was too early to cancel and it needed to move into the next system for them to cancel. I’m really upset because there is a bag I want from the retail sale. I’m scared I’m going to miss out. But I don’t want to order while I still have a hold on my card.
