So I stuffed the bag as full as possible and have conditioned it twice, it has regained its shape pretty well. The major lumpiness and some scratches are gone but the deep ones will never come out. Debating if I should call and see if they will send me another one.

You have a lot more patience than I do. You should see how quickly I pack up less than perfect bags. Lol. I have a process — I open them in the garage, and if they aren’t in new or great condition, I basically put them right back in the box and get the return ready. But if you like the bag, it is nice you take the time to make it work. Good luck!

I bought/returned this bag at full price when it was launched after the runway show. I regretted it and tried several times to reorder but was always told it was sold out. I couldn't believe it showed up 50/15% on FOS.

Last time FOS sent me a squished rogue the phone representative told me to stuff and condition it. She then emailed me a free return label if it didn't work out and I wanted to ship it back.

So coach tells people to do stuff to the bags and then gives the ok to return...
Well now we know why less than perfect bags end up going to others.
I don’t know, if the item looks crappy to me, I’m sending it back. But, that’s just me.

I can understand you wanting to give it a go since it was a bag that you didn't know was still available until the online sale. I guess it can't hurt to call CS and see if they have any more and then decide. It looks really good but I think I see the deeper scratch near the left handle.

I don't see the deep scratches but if it bothers you, try getting a replacement. There are other ways to remedy the deep scratches. You could get Chelsea to paint something amazing on that purple leather! [emoji846]

No. It didn’t have all that packaging but that’s not a concern as long as the bag is good.

I received what I ordered. It was packed in a padded envelope. Everything arrived wrapped and in good condition.

So this has not happened to me before. I got the right bag style but the wrong color. I didn’t even see this on the website.... I ordered the azure/ blue. And I checked my order history and that is correct. The bag is labeled azure.....
