That happened to me, too. I no longer get emails from any Coach mailing - retail or outlet - and I have at least 3 emails registered with them. It is so weird how that can happen! I've re-registered and still nothing. The only time I know of an event is thru this forum. Very frustrating....

Something must be wrong on their end because I didn't receive an email about the Mother's Day sale. I wasn't concerned because I order through my SA. Well, I ordered some shoes online last night while e*bates was 15% and after I submitted my order I received a Welcome to Coach email. I know this happened one time before where I had to sign up again to receive emails.

I didn't get an email about the 30% off FP sale until today.

Nothing is wrong, lol! They do this all of the time. I am on and off of emails on the regular even though I remained signed up for them. They have some weird system that noone will understand. I just recently started getting emails again after not receiving them for months.

I got an email from them for the first time since I unsubscribed :amuse: with Pac Man images all over the ad; so I was wondering about this. Now I need to see! So fun they are doing Pac Man.
