I think this is why the outlet deals annoy me. It isn’t consistent due to some stores hiding the items, deals, and not understanding the process. Mine is 2 hours away, and they do put deletes out, but usually do not have many. I only go a couple times a year but never bother to buy anything there.

I did not realize how crazy the outlets have become until I was in there last week. Sometime at the beginning of the week, I purchased a Charlie at 50% off. I went in on Friday, and as noted, all the deletes were off the floor, and I was told that I could not even see them. If I wanted to purchase one, I would have to pay full price. What? If I am willing to accept that they are only 50% and not 70%, just sell me one! LOL And, about Coach math, one day their wristlets are at $20 and the next they are 70% off plus an additional 20%, and they come out to around $22. How frustrating, LOL. Especially if you live close enough to an outlet to visit frequently, so you are more apt to notice these things.
On another note, if you shop at the Tanger Outlets, there is now a coupon for Coach where you can get $20 off if you spend over $200. I am not sure if this has been mentioned yet. It did work off of the Charlie because I added a wallet for my husband.

I just called my outlet and spoke to an SA I've worked with and places found orders for me but the ones I asked about were all full price. One was a bag I previously ordered and was hoping to get a better one. Part of me wonders if they say that if you call vs are there in person but as Coach is Coach, they change their pricing every day from full price to let us give it away to you! Getting to be too much work for me....I think I want one more Rogue and then I need to be done with them. I'm at the point in my life I don't want to work so hard for it.
I finally was able to get to the outlet today. No deletes were on the floor. I did place a found order for a wallet, but did not ask if additional discounts apply. I did get a discount on it but I cannot figure out the math (although I am terrible at math so no surprise there), but the original price was 375 and they charged me 90. Receipt says 70% off but math doesn't seem to work out for me.
I wonder if it was a mistake to have discount apply to delete, but happy I was able to get it ☺

I have two outlets relatively close to me. Neither have had any, or at least not many, deletes out on display in the last couple of months. One of them makes me feel dirty when I even ask about deletes, and they act so put out and bring one bag at a time out for me to see like it's this big chore. They don't know what anything is called so you can't say "do you have any Rogues" or whatever. The other outlet is totally cool about "talking deletes" with me, and even told me that they recently had a meeting with the regional manager because they don't feel like they are getting enough deletes,and they're trying to get more. It's so weird how the message is completely different at the two stores.
On the other hand, SA's at two of the boutiques close to me seem to finally understand the outlet game, and one even told me how some stuff goes to the outlets, and other stuff gets sent back to JAX, etc. Of course, we all already know that, but the SA's used to play dumb about it all. I just don't get it, they all need to get their sh!t straight.

Omg I’m just glad it wasn’t me or something. Strange business model of you ask me. Or, lack of centralized control so that they all run amok and create their own rules? I was not impressed but the purse addict/deal junkie in me won’t let me just get mad and drop Coach. Lol.
I like having a good experience when purchasing things like these and I am afraid that the inconsistencies in the company policies marr the experience by causing tension between customer and SA.
I’m also glad that it was not just me. Sometimes I feel like I need to just drop Coach and move on. I don’t understand why they give us a hard time when we still give them business. The deletes show up at the outlet mean they don’t sell well. Well, at the end of the day, it’s still my decision to make it I still want to purchase Coach...
I am wondering if there will be any deletes in the March 23rd on-line sale? Does anyone know when the sale goes up. Is it midnight usually? Need to get up early tomorrow and wondering if it is worth staying up for.
Ugh - well I have to get up at 6:30 eastern so maybe there will be some stuff left
I can never stay up late enough for it. I'm on the west coast and it usually isn't up by 1 am my time, which is the latest I can stay up.
