I'm disappointed with Coach over "Coach math." I got suckered again and it's been a long time since that has happened. I explained here on the group earlier Coach is having this "customer event" this Sunday (tomorrow) and they invite you to an extra % off. It was 25% off for the shoulder Rogues price range. Well, the day the manager told about this was the day I first saw the Rogues and they were 50% off that day. Yesterday she "let" me buy with the event and it was 40% off and the 25% off. I didn't even realize it until I got home. I called to question it and and she said they were that price now. Not right. COACH math. Raise the price to add a coupon. For clarification this is at the outlet.
 
When I was at the outlet today, the manager said they will be debuting MFF Zoe with a crossbody strap. Old timers like me will remember the original FP Zoe and then the MFF Zoe with crossbody strap which came about because a customer, and tPF member, if I recall correctly, altered her Zoe to create that function and Coach ran with the idea. Apparently they are going to have the Zoe at this event, then pull it and then release it again, I think she said a week later.

Oh my gosh, I LOVED my Zoe! It was probably my most favorite Coach bag but I wore until it wore out! Definitely want to get a new one if they are anything like the older ones.

Coach discounts vary on different days. This is not new.

sales makes me very happy. Gotta love a great sale and with Coach its gonna happen
The point is that we can at least be supportive of people here when they have had a frustrating experience. It does no good to just say that is how Coach does things. How about saying, Lizmil that is a bummer that happened, or that kind of thing is frustrating, etc. I could care less how Coach does business but what I do care about is listening to others and validating their concerns. I know in life I feel better when people care versus just saying that is the way it is.

The varying discounts are really annoying. No wonder no one can keep up. Ugh!

In the end it's a crapshoot. You (as in everyone) just needs to pick a price/discount that you are ok with and then be ok with it. Otherwise you'll make yourself crazy. And it's really not that serious.
Honestly it doesn’t make me crazy. I was being supportive and understanding to someone that had a frustrating experience.

Today, Sunday. But they are supposed to reisuue the Zoe next week according to the manager. She misled me about the price of the shoulder Rogues, though so I'm not completely confident in her information.
