Really? You are lucky! I finally got back in, made a few small purchases in a few sales and have been locked out of the last 2. I want to know your magic! I'm only upset when there are some reserve items that show up that I want. Makes me have to drive to my outlet to order if still available. Harder in the winter if it snows since I hate driving in it now. Must be getting old!

I don't know how you managed that. As I've posted before I was locked out for years, literally years. I got "smart" and made a new email, plus I think it helped that I had an address change. One purchase and bam! Locked out.

This just happened to me as well. Made a new account and then purchased and they locked me out again. Do you also purchase from full price? I think it has a lot to do with that, well at least for me. Once I started purchasing from the boutique is when I got locked out after having access to FOS for years every single sale no matter how much I purchased.

I hardly ever purchase from FP as I have never lived near a FP store, still don't. Even the outlet is a good drive away. I was ok with not buying anymore, and got sucked in by a few bags I Iiked after discovering I could get in the FOS again and feeling like I wanted to se what was new. But, frankly, I'm getting tired of feeling like I have to beg Coach to let me buy from them. So I think I'll be gone again. Maybe I'll try again in a few years. Spend my money on something else.

I am almost 3hrs from an outlet store and closer to 4 hrs from a boutique and shop predominantly boutique items on sale I think I was locked out of one outlet sale but was right back in with the next. I have never paid full price for a coach bag in the 10 years I have carried the brand.
I don’t know how they choose who can shop this sale or that sale, but it’s Coach they never are consistent.

They keep saying it's random, but being "out" or "in" consistently isn't random.

I think it is because I don't ever buy a lot from either FP or FOS. I used to buy more back in 2013 or so.

It feels like this is their ideal customer. Almost like FOS is their last ditch effort to get some customers to purchase. Someone who doesn’t shop FP, doesn’t really go to the outlet but may occasionally buy something online.

It’s probably best I couldn’t access this sale because I definitely would have been interested in the neon accessories and the micro neon green Bennett [emoji23] They save me money this way!

I know, the ideal customer, doesn't buy FP, lives far from the outlet, so doesn't buy, locked out of the FOS. So.. No money, no money, no money. But there's a silver lining -- no returns!

I created a second account, shopped once, then locked out. My original account has been locked out since 2016.
One time while I was buying items in person at the outlet, I asked what email they had on file. I had just made my second one before going in. They had all my emails under one account. So as long as you name and address are the same in your new account, they will merge info and you will still be you to them and they'll watch your purchases and do whatever they please. I believe they locked out my second account too right after my first access to the event. I had two orders in that event.

Well, that certainly makes sense!
