I believe I ordered mine on the evening of the day they went up. They may have went up in the very early AM and I missed them! I was honestly surprised they were still available haha but as discussed earlier that may be because they were only half off but hey I’ll take it [emoji23]
I had to click a million times to get the duffle in my cart. It switched to sold out within 5 minutes of checking out. I honestly thought my order would be canceled. I'm really hoping it's big enough to fit my essentials. I'm fine with half off too, especially since I paid full price for a lot of the Dark Fairytale stuff lol.

Oh wow you just slid in there! Nice! I thought my order was going to be cancelled too because I just could not believe it was so easy to purchase. I usually have your experience where I can’t get it in the cart lol

Quick question for anyone who's been to a store, or returned an FOS purchase lately: is there an extended holiday return period this year, as there was in previous years? I haven't seen any indication of this on the site, or on the FOS receipt, so I wanted to check here if anyone knows.

I need to return something I bought on 11/25 and that 30 day window is shutting awfully quickly... the good news is, I found better gifts than the thing I'm returning... the bad news is, if/when I go to a store I may walk out with more things than I return! **selfish things, usually**

You have until January 15th to make your return.

They must have took it off. It was there

It was on there but now we are within 30 days of Jan. 15th so they must have taken it off. It was on both the FOS and retail sites because I checked when I had to return things to FOS.
That makes sense - I believe it was there... I just don’t have faith in outlet SAs because they hire a lot of newbies around the holidays, so I don’t feel like arguing about dates & holding up a long line, haha. I only wish they included this printout on the invoices during this period!
I haven’t been to the actual store since before the policy probably started, but I’m sure the store is adding it to their receipts like they have in prior years :)

You could always call, ask for a manager, and write down their name when they tell you that the return period is extended. Then you can head to the store when you have more time. If an SA gives you grief just say who you spoke with on the phone and that they said the return period is until January 15th.
