I'm so bummed. My husband ordered the spooky eyes duffle for me but he had no idea of the limit so he was trying to surprise me with multiple items. Coach ended up cancelling his order due to limit and then when he called to ask the duffle had sold out already ☹

I agree with lizmil. They should contact and ask which 5 to keep and get rid of the rest.

I am so sorry this happened. I don't agree with a lot of what Coach does. I understand they have a policy - but in a way it is a bit odd to me. I think in these instances they should be communicated to as to what a disappointment it can be.

AND do they limit the tour bus purchases the same way? Are they all gifts or being sold on the resale market for higher prices?

From what I’ve seen, sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. They know some of their resellers too as SAs have told me that they are resellers. I’ve also saw where they provided the “buyer” with boxes and shopping bags. Mind blown each time I’ve seen this.
The least they could do is at checkout say you’ve exceeded your limit and give the buyer a chance to remove some items (they used to do this) before the order is placed.
 
I'm shocked! My spooky eyes duffle appears to have shipped. The label has been created but clearly they're not creating a label for a phantom bag, right? That's a joke. Thanks to those of you who mentioned the bags from overseas. My bag is coming from JAX so apparently those bags made it back to the warehouse and will apparently arrive here this week. This is a great gift for my daughter. I'm happy.

ETA: Just saw the 'your order has shipped' email. WooHoo!!
