I have the same on one of my orders but I also got a shipping notice so who knows what's going on with their system. Another order shows an item is non returnable with customization but fos doesn't even offer customization [emoji848][emoji53]
It says free shipping on my header. I ordered a charm with free shipping.
It's not showing on my header. Oops, now it is. I swear it wasn't there before!
there was a charm I wanted on the last sale but didn't want to pay shipping. I wish that was also available in this sale. I ordered 3 bears. I really should have only gotten one but I was afraid I would regret not getting the others.
I ordered the lion, just trying to stay strong and not order the rest. Seems crazy this sale says it's for 9 days!
It is what I said a bit before you posted. The order not found is a problem others having too. But if you call they can give you an update.
I am hoping they keep adding new things. Still sad I missed out on the ruby rogue 25.
I just bought a key case but now they released this one and I really want to switch out.

I called the outlet and my order shipped today apparently. But yeah, my order also said "cannot be found". -_- Not sure I even want it anymore honestly.
So many pretty GLITTER things at the outlet right now! I wanted everything. 
My order from the 24th finally shipped today. It’s coming from Jax, so hopefully it’s in good shape. I was scared it was going to get cancelled or shipped from a store and be all beat up.
I had trouble checking out, I had to call to place my order. The last event, I couldn’t check out, the screen kept going back to the time out screen.
I just ordered the snowflake bag charm and the micro mini Sierra in the croco. I have this little Sierra from last year in black sparkle and it is soooo cute! Great to wear xbody over a sweater when just going to dinner and I'm walking to get there.
I saw the tin man on ebay, with better pictures than Coach's, so then I wanted it too but it was sold out by then.
