Wow I'm sorry that stinks. Coach and their dumb ways. They could have at least contacted you to give you a choice. Obviously you were not aware of their policy. Again I'm sorry.

This is under their FAQs under "Order Information" if anyone wants to see it on the site:

"How Many Items Can I Purchase?
Quantities are limited and available while supplies last. There is a 10 unit restriction per customer per event (max of 5 signature and 5 leather items). In addition to these event limitations, Coach may also place a limit on volume purchases over an extended period of time. This is necessary to ensure that all of our customers have a fair and even chance of obtaining great quality and value in all sales to which they are invited. This quota is at Coach's discretion and may vary from time to time. "

What the crap! I did not know there were rules. I also placed multiple orders and my last hasn't shipped. Now I'm nervous.

I learned so much when I was working there. It takes so long to unpack a box and get them out. I miss it. I miss being the top seller sometimes. I miss the good and bad customers. I miss lookimg at the delete list over and over. I dont miss the drive. I MISS THE DISCOUNT. Lol

I ordered a Large Market Tote in Fatigue from the outlet, and it has an "F" in front of the style number 58737. I compared it to my Large Market Tote in Midnight Navy from the retail store, and the quality appears to be the same.

My Edie 42 in oxblood arrived a couple of days ago. It is an actual delete; there is no F before the style number on the handbag's storypatch/creed.
