This sale is an absolute mess. Drop down keeps saying "nothing in your cart, keep shopping" after you have tried to put something in or part of page won't let you add to cart if you could. My other complaint, if something was sold out the last sale, take it off the site. Coach, if you're going to continue with these sales, make your site work and accessible.

I completely agree all that extra stuff is crowding the pages and it also wont let me add stuff I want to my cart but lets me add others so I have a feeling if it wont let you add its sold out. What a mess

You have to click on menu for login. Then it acts like it's email for mail list, it's for login since you clicked login. The PW. I got in this morning. All I bought was cleaner and moisturizer.

That's the problem I had when it first opened, I finally scrolled down and one of the links worked. This sale was a disaster for Coach. They need new I.T. People.

I've personally never seen that site stay a mess for that long...maybe the I.T. People all took a long Labor Day weekend? I wasn't pining for anything in particular, but it's such a waste of time to keep checking...every few hours they sent me emails indicating it was back to working (but it wasn't).

Yeah that site has more issues. Nothing more fun then clicking on a whole bunch of bags thinking you can purchase them only to find out they're all sold out. It's like a game. A sick game. Lol.
