I'm still waiting to receive my stuff. I placed an order on the 28th & 29th and I still haven't received them yet.
I purchased 2 from the outlet stores on Black Friday and 2 more on Thursday.
I've been locked out from FOS for a few months now.
Have you checked tracking? I think I placed an order on the 26th or 27th and it shipped on the 28th. You will get them - hard to wait though!That's great!

Hi. Thanks for your response. Well I finally got through to them and they informed me that they were backed up due to the last holiday sale and that my 2 orders were sent to the factory to be processed.
After checking my email I see that my first order was being prepared for shipment (yay) however there is still no ups delivery date. Well it's good to know they weren't cancelled.

Hi. Yeah I ordered from the coach outlet. Usually when I order from there I get my stuff a few days later. When I called, the rep told me they got backed up due to cyber Monday; which of course is understandable. But I'm just anxious waiting for my stuff to come.

Right? I was going to say... you ordered on Monday or Tuesday and you're worried because you didn't receive it on Saturday? It usually takes that long for Coach to send me a tracking number, especially during sale/busy FOS times! @Johnpauliegal, do you live in Florida, or near there? I'm wondering how you're getting these packages so fast normally
My FP order from 11/26 is getting here on Monday. Usually FP is much faster than factory.Right? I have ShopRunner and I usually get my packages in 2 days. I was thinking that I had this with coach; but apparently I didn't lol.
