I'm sorry, I know how it feels. I wish I could figure out why they lock us out, makes me feel like I did something wrong.
I was locked out for a while before. Eventually I signed up again with a different email address. And now I get the emails for FOS again. Have you been locked out for a while now or only for this sale? Maybe you can try what I did for the next sale.
I've been locked out over two years now. So much for random. I have two emails already. I don't have a third one unless I create one just for this.

I am now able to shop for about 2 times now after being locked out for maybe 3+ years. I've tried 2 emails years ago but nada, I was told told that it has something to do with IP address. I just gave up and moved on after awhile and out of nowhere I'm back on. The last time I was in outlets was for the snoopy release. Maybe it is the Coach lucky stars random roulette wheel. I hope you'll get back on one of these days.
I've also been locked out for over 3 years and I'm still locked out even after using a new address that gets all their emails.

My Chalk Ace and Carmine Nomad just arrived. I sure love the thick leather on these two bags! Both wrapped well, and in good shape. That's a pleasant surprise compared to several other bags I've received from the FOS. I think it's safe to say my collection is bordering on a hoard at this point though.
