Hi all,

It's been a long time, but hi to all my old friends. It's not that I fell out of love with Coach, I just don't iike the new design head as much as Reed's designs and I decided I don't need anymore bags.

I used to be a super pro at hunting down deletes, but that was before the sales at the FP stores and I know they changed the system around a lot.

However, I fell in love with a bag, which of course is $995, so I need to track it down at the outlet. I'm sure it has not gotten to the outlet yet. But, I was wondering how the world of bag hunting has changed.

(1) How long is it before things go to the outlet these days
(2) Are the sales at the FP store at the end of the season about as good as the outlets.

I got the Dalia Swagger wristlet since I kept putting it off before on the previous sales. But I love the color. This will be my 4th swagger wristlet. I love the size for a grab and go. Here's hoping there are still some nice ones out there since it's bee on the sale a few times now.

There hasn't been a timetable of how long it takes certain bags to get to the outlet. The outlet it seems has started to see fewer or limited amounts of FP items. This could be because the sales at the FP are now about 2-4 x's a year via the PCE. Also, the outlet have their own lines now and the quality seems better than the old factory items in the past.

The bag you posted is a Rogue which is from the new Coach 1941 line. The quality on these bags are outstanding! This line is the high end of Coach. Most of these items so far have been made in limited quantities thus they tend to sell out. These items are now typically excluded from any sales (especially the Rogues). Coach has said that this line will not be sent to outlets which we are all waiting to see if they stick to that. Given many of these have sold out at FP stores and their exclusiveness, maybe that will be true! Only certain high end department stores even carry this 1941 line, some customers have been able to buy these with loyalty or department points discounts but not all apply. It's hard to get these bags at a discount.

This exclusiveness of this 1941 line is fairly new to Coach so time will tell what direction it will take with discounts on these items.

Hmmm they said the same when the Borough came out but I guess time will tell

I do think Rogues will eventually be in the SAS, and at the outlets because they have made so many of them. But they might take a while like some of the other bags.... some never came as expected, and others just took longer than they used to. But I do feel they will have some leftover for sales down the road. Swaggers were the it thing, but a lot of them show up on the sales because they have so many of them.

On a whim I tried to log into the outlet site and I was able to see the pretties. (Took a chance, I haven't been able to log in for over a year, but I didn't try often.) I wanted to remember that the sales would be open only during certain periods of time, is that still true? thanks!

When you access the site, the main page has a banner telling when the next sale is. (October 6)
