I remember seeing the Dakotahs in the FP boutique last year. I don't remember the original prices but the ones on the outlet website are probably deletes or last season's bags that need to be cleared out.

They are FP items

There are no MFF dakotahs at this point. All of them on FOS are from the boutiques/regular stores last year.

Thank you!
(I know my sales associates will be denying this, as per usual )

My outlet is out of the wildflower slg's, so I ordered the card case and key pouch. The prices were jacked, even with 30% off, on anything else that interested me. I also got the Daphney boots. Time to hear DH ask the second most asked question after "Do you really need another purse?"- "Do you really need another pair of boots?". :roflmfao:

Well they really inflated all of the prices so that it comes out to normal pricing AFTER the 20 to 30% off. :-|

I went to get a price adjustment on the many holo items I purchased last week. When I realized that they had put all the prices up and that I wasn't saving a cent, I ended up just returning everything. This left a really bad taste in my mouth.

The SA's all agreed and told me I should email customer service and let them know. Horrible business practice. Do they think we are that stupid?

Yes, they do think we are all that stupid, they have been doing this Coach pricing game for years.

My outlet is fairly new so I guess I wasn't aware of these stupid games they play. I usually buy at FP but loved the hologram stuff. I'm pretty sad to see it all gone, but I was dumdbounded to find out that the tote was $149 on Tuesday and $199 yesterday. I just stood there speechless. And a little wallet I had purchased for $69 went up overnight to $99. Guess what 30% off $99 is - you guessed it, $69.

I just couldn't stomach it and returned it all and left. My outlet had 12 transatcions yesterday- one was my $600 return, another was a lady who did the exact same thing I did and returned everything when she realized the game that was being played. Unfortunately my outlet is not very busy so I'm sure a $600 return hurt. And all the staff including the manager was gathered around so they all know why. And they all sympathized with me - it's not their fault. I'm still depressed my stuff is gone but I was too shocked and dumbfounded to even think straight.

This. All day, everyday, and a thousand times a day. (And on the FOS too.) Once you realize it, you just learn to play it right back if there's something you really want.

Games on FP aren't as bad, they just have the new series of sales to remember. PCE, then SAS, then eventually outlet, keeping in mind that the highest tier of PCE (usually 30%) is pretty much on par with SAS reductions, so therefore pretty good. Still 50% once it hits outlet, but the new thing to remember is that a lot more items go back to FOS now, instead of brick and mortar outlets. Not all, but it appears to be a higher percentage. Take that all in, and balance number of item in the system ...... yeah, it really does sound like a game ... but the game is at least a little more linear on the FP side.

It certainly is. You can tell your a weathered Coachie lol. I am for FP, not so much for outlet. This one has taught me though.

I agree, you have to know how to play the game....either at FP or outlet...people trying to get PAs at FP for stuff they purchased TWO weeks ago....

Yep, I have to admit that timing is absolutely *everything*. That's one thing that hasn't changed (at least as far as I know) ... that PAs are supposed to be within 14 days, right?
