My metallic purple iris lyla came today. I have mixed feelings. At first I was excited because it didn't have the Oval coach logo like the picture, just the regular horse and carriage. But then after I unwrapped it I noticed it doesn't have the wristlet strap and the crossbody strap isn't detachable. I really wanted to use it as a clutch or makeup bag in a larger bag. I would have to cut the long strap off :(

That's a shame! You're better off just sending it back and waiting for a style with a removeable strap.

Oh no that's a bummer on the strap! Sounds like they changed the design because the first generation Lylas had the fully removable strap and could be used as a clutch. Can you post a pic? (Or did you in another thread?)

Sorry it isn't as expected! Always excited expecting a package and then sad when the item is not great!
