I know it's frustrating. I went through the same thing when I was locked out this time last year. Do you have another e-mail address that you've never used with Coach? I think I told you before that's what worked for me. Try logging into the invite using a new e-mail address. I was then prompted to create a password and I've been back in every since.

Hi. Yes when you mentioned it I registered with a gmail account. As a matter of fact, after realizing I received the invite with that email account, I tried logging in and it's states "the email submitted was not found in our member list."

I guess it's because I haven't been able to get to the outlets using that gmail account because they already have my name with my aol account. It's a lose lose situation. As I also mentioned, I tried calling them only to be given the same answer that customers are randomly selected to be invited to the online sale.

But thanks for your help.

I called Coach just now and they said they don't see me in their database. But meanwhile I got an invite from them. All they are saying that they do apologize. Well that doesn't help me. i am just so unhappy with Coach right now. The outlet is almost 2 hours away from where I live. Who can make it there, not me. I think I'm done with Coach. Gonna give my business to Donney and MK.

Sorry for the vent.

So I had my hubby drive me to the outlet today after I got off so I could use my tiered coupon. The prices were better in store even without the coupon. I ended up getting the Plum Phoebe with the chain handles and the matching wallet! It's so pretty! The color is so gorgeous!

I never could get my gmail account to work for Coach. It kept disappearing from their database. For FOS, I created a hotmail account. Now I get emails from Coach to both accounts.
