Check the previous posts for the link. It'll let you window shop, then call the number on the phone and place your order with a a rep. It worked for me.

Coach has an awesome return policy, as long as the bag is unworn and has the tags on it and you still have the receipt, you can return it at any time. However, im not sure if you can return factory merchandise to a boutique, I'm sure it has to go back to an outlet.
You can return factory merch at a boutique but they will give you only store credit.
