full price delete bags/wristlets/wallets are not on the outlet website sales, those are only in the actual factory store.
the online outlet only has the mff bags and in general, the ones that say "online exclusive" usually aren't in stores yet but will be with the next floorset at some outlets(usually the bigger ones definitely get a lot of it, if not all, while the smaller outlets might get some or none at all).

I haven't tried it, but a couple of sales ago, I remember several people did. Some of them had to call several times before they got a SA who would do it for them, though.

I didn't call. (I shouldn't!!) But the window shopping link would only allow looking. Wouldn't even let me click on a bag w/o directing me back to the "we're sorry" page.

Supposedly, it is very, very difficult to get the 800 folks to take a phone order. They have to enter your email address and it has to have been sent an invite, so some type of override might be needed to place an order and I tend to think it is very frowned upon.

yea no such luck with the 800 number *in tears* i litterally begged this one guy. lol
would anyone mind sending their "invited" email as a text message to my phone? i want to order 3 bags. i will not do anything with it, you have my word. i'm just a tid bit desperate and the closest outlet is 2 1/2 hours away. St. Louis to Osage Beach. any help would be greatly appreciated!
