I'm sorry to hear that people are already starting to lose jobs. And I've heard from my mom and on here (somewhere on this site, forgive me, I forget where), that Coach is thinking of replacing department store sellers with specifically trained Coach SAs. I know of at least one really well-qualified Macy's SA who does a fabulous job representing the Coach section, and I'd hate to see her lose her job.
