Try calling or going to a Coach store to do a backorder. I've done backorders in store on two occasions, for the pegasus fob a few years ago and the Hawaiian girl fob last week. Both times they were able to fill the order, the Pegasus came from another boutique here in Michigan and the Hawaiian girl was actually filled by JAX after a couple days, even though it was showing up as sold out when the SA tried to order it before she did the backorder.

If a bag is completely sold out and hard to find then I wouldn't mind paying a little more than retail if it was going to be my HG. Good thing this isn't my HG
