Hi! Yes, your instinct is correct and this bag is definitely a fake. So many things wrong with it. Just as a tip, a foldover Falabella never comes with a change purse. I hope you can return it. Hope that helps!

Hi! I’m not super familiar with this style Falabella but I know these don’t have the logo lining like the shaggy deer Falabellas do. It actually looks pretty good but I’d check the zippers for YKK on the sides if you decide to purchase. The charm, stitching and white tag all look correct. I know it’s frustrating to deal with a rude seller! Let me know if you end up buying and please check the zippers. Good luck!

Hi! Newbie here I saw this vintage stella mccartney wallet online and I'm not that confident with its authenticity. I actually asked if the zippers had YKK but I was told that this one's a vintage so it will still be authentic if it doesn't have one. I'm not really confident about this one. Hope you could help, thank you!

Hi! I’ve honestly never seen one like this before but have several Falabella continental wallets and card holders and they all have the YKK on the zippers. I don’t think that helps much, but I’m just not that familiar with anything before 2010. Anything after that date definitely uses YKK zippers. I’ll try to research vintage SM and see if I find anything similar.

You’re very welcome! I bought my first black foldover Falabella a few years ago secondhand and have bought and sold many since then. I educated myself on authenticating them. I enjoy helping ppl so they can avoid buying fakes, because it infuriates me when I see fakes for sale on different secondhand websites. Glad to be of help!

Hi, no it’s not normal for a mini to have a zipped pocket inside. I’ve bought and sold many minis and currently have 3 and none have had the zipper compartment. Based on that I would say the bag isn’t authentic. Could you post a pic of the side of the zipper and more of the lining? Did you purchase this bag already?

Hi! I’m not 100% sure about this backpack. I need better pics of the lining to decide. The YKK is always a good sign but after authenticating a fake on here with the YKK on the zipper I’m thinking they started adding YKK to the sides of the zippers. The YKK engraving isn’t as clear as I typically see. But the lining is always a dead giveaway. Also if it has a white date tag please post a pic of that too. I just don’t want to steer you the wrong way.

An update on the post above: I ordered it from Yoox and it came with an authenticity card and product no. as well as a serial no. label inside. It also looked very high quality. To be 100% sure I spoke directly with the Stella McCartney Customer Service and they were able to authenticate it! It apparently is an older model but the style has been produced.
