< you can kinda see the bars placemement on the inside. also, is the snakeskin preventing the bar from being able to fit?

You're so lovely for helping me this much!

The bar is basically too long to push through the hole. I would need to remove the link, put the circle (rather than the bar) through the hole and then re-attach it to the rest of the chain. I just can't believe someone would have done that to the bag!

You know what, I just answered my own question! That's exactly what she did - detached the last link, pulled the chain through and then re-attached it.

Ok, now I've sorted that out, I'm prepared to believe it's real.

I just got my hands on an old worn out bag, and I think it´s and old Stam Bag. I am not familiar with Marc Jacobs at all, but I am hoping you could have a look and let me know it this is an authentic old topaz.

Looks good so far, but please post photos of the season tag located inside the interior zip pocket to confirm.
