I need your help with authentication of my Cartier Love bracelet.

I was given it as a gift.
I know for a fact it was purchased in Cartier boutique, I have the certificate and original packaging.
However the markings on the inside of the bracelet are completely different from what is presented online.
Is it possible that Cartier changed the sequence or is the bracelet fake?

I have never purchased a piece of pre loved items off of the internet before but i took a chance recently as the seller (family owned business in new jersey) seemed legit and has good feedback. also a 3 day return policy if i am not happy. i received my ring yesterday and do not know how to authenticate the piece as Tiffanys told me to bugger off since I bought it third party. The price seems too good to be true but would love to hear a second opinion. I've read up on Chanel costume jewellery authenticity but it looks like the authenticity stamp isn't perfectly aligned on the necklace - is this a sign of non-authenticity?

It looks good to me. The store cannot authenticate pieces for you. However, if you get it cleaned (which is free) by them then it is thought to be authenticate. Tiffany will only clean their pieces. Just don't mention it was purchased through a third party.
