Hi all... a quick question I am looking at a black lindy 30 clemence leather from a reputed seller only thing is the lock is gold and the zipper and feet are palladium from what I'm reading hardware is always the same however they said apparently this was a limited edition release? Is there such such thing? If so I will go ahead and pay for an authentication service but if not I'd rather stop here.

I just saw a bag on one of the Hermes websites yesterday that had two-toned hardware. It was a 24/24 35 (the big one without a strap) the turn lock was gold and the plate was palladium. The description said it was a special collection, but I'm sorry I don't recall the name of it. Are the plates on the sangles a different color from the turn lock?

If Hermes (the craftsman of a major flagship in your area) actually services your item (bag/shoes/scarf, whatever) (whether cleaning, monogramming, repairing) can you be certain of its authenticity?

The eBay item # is 324631190547 I have asked the seller to provide more information about when this was purchased and the date code because it was difficult to see in the pictures and they have provided me with this information:

2014 was when it was purchased.
It may be 1958 rather than 1968. Possibly R Ω 1958
