the lining (satin. not canvas looks suspcicious to me, the zipper inside made out from leather, not metal chanel instead.
please advise whether it authentic or not.

But no red flags seen, and all other details are fine.
If you want to give it another try, pull out the leather tab. Zoom in with your smart phone (or use the macro mode if using your camera), wait for it to focus and then take a picture.

Hi, could someone help authenticate this Chanel jumbo flap? I came across this on my country's local e-commerce platform and the seller sent me the pictures via separate text.

Fyi, I saw the exact same hologram sticker on yoogi's closet website on an article teaching people how to read the Chanel serial number.
When I asked the seller why did I see her hologram picture online, she said it was probably taken from her ebay listing some time back, which was already taken down.
She showed me her bank transaction history of a purchase from Chanel boutique in 2014, and this serial number does correspond to that year.
Still, I want to be really cautious.

Sticker doesn't belong to that bag. Bag is not a Jumbo, but a M/L flap and it's fake.
Next time, pls remember to include a link to the listing.

For these series, I need an extremely up close, in focus, and glare free picture of the sticker taken in natural light.
At the very least like so:



Then I also need another pic of the sticker just as up close and sharp, but with flash.
Also a clear picture of the underside of the zipper slider.
I won't be able to give an opinion if pictures are lacking.

I know this collection well, and I'm pretty certain your bag is fine with all the details I've seen so far, but just wanted to be cautious. Sorry, I know it's a pain in the rear to take that picture, especially an in focus and large one. If you can't, that's fine, I don't want you to ruin the bag in the process. Did Chanel replace the old CC with a one that is in brushed gold to match the rest of the hardware? It's hard to tell from the pictures due to lighting.

thanks so much for understanding, i googled how to do it but found none. I wonder how others do it, as i do see some photos online of back of zip photos. If only the zip pocket is not totally inside of the bag i wouldve been able to somehow hoist it forward to do it... and i appreciate u asking for more photos and being cautious before issuing an opinion, thanks for doing that.

When i bought the bag, the center of the turnlock was faded, it looked white/silver compared to the gold color of the cc turnlock. (So brushed gold photo was a “before” photo-the first 5 photos attached here) So the seller suggested i go to the boutique to get it replaced. I just paid $50 usd for it i think.. and so the “after” photos are the one with newer and shinier gold/(the last 5 photos attached here). It is a little bit odd that the turnlock faded that quick considering this collection was only from 2015 and i bought it late 2018. So just 3 yrs old but faded like that. But i guess that depends on the usage and maybe the weather where the bag was from..
