I really need a clearer picture of the sticker to give you an accurate assessment. You can just pull the leather tab out of the bag and take a picture, which will be easier.
Just to ease your mind, though, I'm not seeing anything of suspect so far. The satin lining and leather zipper pull is correct.

I bought it from someone but the code is on the receipt also the bag. Is there anyway i can verify the receipt? I tried to call the store but they are not open due to covid

As for the sideways link in the leather strap, you can just twist it back in place. It's pretty common, I have that on some of my bags, too.

It's fake, but next time you really need to post a link. For private sales (no link), pls contact a paid service.
If you didn't buy it from the store, then I'm afraid you're out of luck. If bought the bag recently and you paid with Paypal, then you have 6 months from the date of receipt to open a case to recoup your money.
I didn't even take a good look at the receipt, but that might be fake, too. Never depend on receipts for the authenticity of an item. They fake everything so so well nowadays, so receipts are also easily replicated, too. The authenticity of a bag is really only in the bag itself.
If you still want to verify the receipt and can't call the store, I guess you can try to call the 1800 #, and see if they can be of any help.

Can I see a forward facing and non-glare and in focus picture of the back plate, and also a picture of the underside of the zipper head?
It's hard to tell for me, but is the color of the underside of the flap a different color than the lining?

I can tell you though that the stamp is fine, but dust bag is fake.
