Hi! Just got two diegos in the mail recently. One I've already posted the link to, but if you wouldn't mind double checking just to be safe (I know I've read posts where sellers switch out the bags) I would appreciate it. And another leopard diego that I'm trying to get a return on, but in case I'm stuck with it, it would be nice to know it's authentic.

The seller was super nice, I bought it because the she told me the bag was in great condition and when I asked, she said the only visible signs of wear were on the studs (which I was ok with), but when I got it, the leather was cracking all along the edges, some leather was missing on the edges, and there was a part of the piping at the bottom where the leather had rubbed off

That's a shame about the leopard diego. The first gen diegos cracked at the top along the opening edge, and many AW bags have had piping issues. It is the seller's responsibility to mention flaws, and I would consider those flaws. If it bothers you,contact the seller and ask to return. .

Yes, that's exactly where most of the cracking was! There was also cracking on the edges of the straps. I was so disappointed, especially when I contacted the seller for a return and mentioned the flaws and she said no because she would consider the bag to be in very good condition. I specifically asked before purchasing if there were any visible flaws and she said only the wear on the studs. I called PayPal almost immediately after her email response. Thank goodness I paid with pay after delivery so the funds weren't released yet.
