Yes, this item was most certainly authenticated by authenticate4u. I would respectfully ask that you please contact A4U at [email protected] or Lescoy directly for verfication that this was indeed authenticated by them. Our company is a major client of A4U and we authenticate most of our high end items through them. Please note that the certificate that A4U provided is included within the auction images. I am aware that some people have been falsely been stating that their items were authenticated by them and creating fake certificates. However, that is absolutely not the case here nor would we ever do something like that. Here is an image of the certificate that authenticate4U provided:

Honestly, I beyond shocked, this is a very poor replica.
We have refunded the buyer in full and asked that they destroy the bag when it arrives. We have attached a screen shot of the full PayPal refund to the buyer here (some information such as transaction ID numbers and the buyer's name / email address were redacted only for privacy reasons). It is unfortunate that authentication companies can sometimes make errors but that is the chance that sellers take when utilizing such services. That is why it is good to always use as many resources as possible. We will of course always do the right thing as we pride ourselves on being an ethical and moral company.
In defense of authenticate4U this is the first authentication of theirs that was performed for us that has ever come into question. We have used their service for a few years and they have accurately vetted hundreds of items for us. Our hope is that the discussion in this thread and the single hiccup will not affect anybody's view of their company as a whole.
They need to stop authenticating brands they are not experts in.
I can't post the details of what I see wrong with your Diego on this open forum, but I will post one clue.
I would say close to half of the Alexander Wang replica bags I examine have an interior badge that could easily fool me, this is not the case with your Diego.
