I'm sorry if I missed it, but I haven't seen a post listing the photos needed to authenticate an Alexander McQueen? I'm interested in a bag for which the seller has only listed stock photos. What pictures should I ask for? Serial number, I assume, but what else? Do Alexander McQueen bags come with authenticity cards? I'm new to the brand.

Totally off topic and I apologise!
But has anybody lost the care label off their beloved scarf? If so are mcqueen customer care helpful at all? My scarf has huge sentimental value as my cousin purchased it just before he died and it is the last birthday gift he ever bought me...I'm devastated that my scarf is no longer complete as I know he worked so hard to save for the scarf for me...is there a phone number in Europe that I could contact them as emails probably won't get read in detail...any advice would be amazing as I am so upset that this has happened.
