Classic Veneta or Vulcana Hobo?

Hi Ladies,

Some advice please...
I'm in need of a casual black bag to wear to work and on weekends. I've settled on a Bottega Veneta hobo in a size large. I have a medium and a larger Bottega Veneta. I borrowed a friend's large for a week and it was perfect.

I'm now torn between a Large Black Vulcana Hobo and a Classic Large Black Veneta. I think the Vulcana is interesting, but I worry about how the fringe would wear and if it's too trendy. The classic is just that, classic. Most of my bags are very classic and understated.

I'd appreciate some opinions

Color me plain but I'd pick classic black. I suppose I'm too practical but I would use it more.

I really love the Volcana tote better than the hobo. However, if hobo is your preference, I would go for the vulcana as it may be available forever as the classic hobo will be there anytime.
