Classic chanel caviar jumbo chain colour?

For some reason I think Gold goes best with Caviar, and Silver goes best with the Lambskin. The weird thing is that that goes for the black.

The standard color that is in OOV, or in the regular inventory is gold, however CHANEL does a silver in a "once in a while" production, but it is not a promise. I work for Nordstorm in the CHANEL boutique in the Twin Cities.

i think you really need to try on both Silver and Gold, and see which one you like better. i personally prefer gold on all my caviars and i totally agree that silver looks better on lambskin for some unknown reasons

i love the silver hardware more than the gold .. but im hoping to get a caviar with gold hardware too..... if you can get both get the gold and the silver

Gold was the original hardware. My preference is for the black and gold combination. In fact for most colors I would choose gold hardware; although as we are seeing itt truly is a personal preference.
