Does anyone have issues with their clash bracelet clasps? I was watching a YouTuber Tamarah who said she regrets her clash purchase as her clasp keeps coming out (as she demonstrates by just flicking the bracelet). I got mine a month ago and haven’t had any issues but I am looking to hear from others.
Just wanted to share that I did encounter a bad clasp and had to exchange mine right after it got delivered (the inner clasp wouldn’t click close, as opposed to the outer clasp like Tamara Kalinic’s). I am a little paranoid now, especially since the parts are so fine and delicate looking. The SA told me somewhat matter-of-fact that I’m probably going to need servicing in the future, since she noticed her own bracelet (a regular JUC, not a Clash) doesn’t click close quite the same as when it was new. I’m glad to see that many people have no issues.

Thank you for sharing this - I tried on a Clash bracelet and admired how the cleverly-designed clasp seamlessly integrated with the bracelet motif, but I worried about the clasp for everyday use since it seemed a bit delicate.

For those people who are reporting no issues with the clasp, are you guys donning and removing the bracelet every day?

I don’t wear it everyday, but I am extra gentle with the clasp haha. SA did tell me to do the clicking slowly.

Yup, everyday. I can’t sleep in any jewelery.

Hi. I've had the small Clash bracelet for 6 months. I keep the bracelet on for weeks at a time and have had no problems with the clasp. However, I looked down a few days ago and one of the small pyramidal fixtures had come off. I contacted my SA, who is sending me a return label for repair. Has anyone else had the same problem? It's disappointing.

Thanks for sharing! Didn’t know that could happen. Are the parts glued together? I can understand your disappointment. Please let us know how much the repair costs.

It should be covered by the warranty. Keep us posted!

Omg I didn’t know those little fixtures could come off! That is very disappointing :/ I stack mine with a regular size Love. Size wise I felt more comfortable putting the Love first (closer to hand)—SA agreed it was a good idea because the Love can take more of the “beating.” She mentioned that the structure of Clash is very intricate and the integrity may not hold as well as Love if it’s constantly banged on. (I don’t mean this is what happened to yours but I guess the Clash is a bit more fragile than I thought!)

Oh no! Thank you for sharing this with us - I was also unaware of this being a vulnerability for the Clash. Especially if it might be safest to minimize actuation (and potential loosening) of the clasp by wearing the bracelet continuously for a longer period of time, this example and what @Serpenti_Love mentioned are really useful information for anyone considering these models.

Is the pyramid that broke off of your bracelet the one that would be worn at the bottom center of the underside of your wrist, or is it in this position only for the photo?

Oh no! sorry to see this. I was considering getting one and this helped me decide not to do so. Thanks for sharing.
