exactly this. I have a “reservation” too where my CA has my cc info to charge & ship it but I have no idea how many people reserved before me. 1st come - 1st serve and I didn’t ask where I was on the list back when I did it. I could be 1st or second or 100th lol.

Thanks but I posted this for the benefit of other UK members wanting something from this collection. I was able to make an unexpected purchase of the Sarah wallet last week while in Paris and then on my return was able to preorder with full payment the 2 pieces I wanted and one has apparently shipped while the other is in preparation. The client services advisor told me that shortly after she submitted my order they were told to stop taking preorders for now. When I looked earlier the Victorine was still add to bag.
I just spoke to UK client services and he told me the round coin purse is completely sold out online and I’ve no chance of buying it via the website. Could this be true.

This is my situation as well. But I did reserve several weeks ago so hoping I get the passport cover I requested.
When I called customer service today they guaranteed me that I will get my prepaid reservation; yet, I probably won't be able to pick it up on November 1st but some days or a week later. But they promised I will get it.
In general, "reservations" don't really exist in the true reservation sense. Even if you provide CC number there is still a very real chance your order won't be fulfilled if they run out of stock. Many threads of past LE collections have shown this (most recently, Monogram Giant and Jungle collections)
hope you get it! I reserved on 10/1... it’s my Christmas present from my dog LOL - if I don’t get it she’ll just have to get me something else
