Sorry if this is a stupid question but I just wanted to ask the meaning of 'pre-order'. Does it involve paying in advance and then they will contact you when the item(s) arrive or does it mean that you just get added onto the waitlist and then you only pay when the item is available? Many thanks!

Oh no- this is going to be bad for my wallet. I don't NEED another wallet or mini PA but I love anything with the Eiffel Tower. The passport holder is so cute. I wish the top of the tower wasn't cut off on the wallet though.

I use to have a SA that I contact for all my orders. Now that she’s gone I just walk into stores and ask to preorder when it’s available to.

Thanks for your reply! Should they all accept pre-orders or can you get sort of a "no, we don't do that"? My closest store is a few hours away so I don't want to get a no when I get there My experience with LV so far is that some of the employees are more helpful than others

I’m also in Europe, not Sweden though, yes they need to accept preorders. In my country we have 2 kinds of SAs, the “premier” and the normal SAs, the “premier” ones are the ones that are long with the brand (and/or branch) so I would go to one of them for preorders. The normal can be interns and by the time the item comes might be also gone

i haven't shopped at LV in a really long time and i've never done any preorders, but i'm seriously debating the round coin purse because the plain one is no longer available. does anyone know if we'll be able to preorder online or do we have to go to a brick and mortar boutique and preorder in person?
