So you told them there is a glazing issue and they were able to do an exchange?
Im so scared they would say “I messed” up the wallet and wont let me return it. I just saw it the other day but unsure what to do

Yep- called them up and told them I needed to exchange because the one I was sent had a defect that I noticed when I inspected it. I called the next day after I received it. It was a pretty easy process and they overnight shipped the replacement.

Oic, I got mine monday night but I didnt inspect till wed... I wonder if im too late....

and wow, they resell your defect to me without fixing it geezzz

I finally got my Paris pieces! I was so tired of stalking the past few weeks so I called the main number and ending up paying for the passport cover and mini pochette. The rep said they had to “source” it from another store since there were zero at the factory. I had purchased the bag charm myself earlier on one of my stalking trips to the boutique. So there’s still a few pieces floating around out there even though they may say there’s none left!

I also forgot to mention the date codes - my passport cover was the 29th week (so mid July), but the mini pochette was made the 45th week- two weeks ago - right around the time I called CS! So,there's hope they haven't stopped producing them yet for those still stalking lol
