The only similar thing I could find in terms of the puff sleeve is this one by Hanii Y...

I still prefer the one Christina Ricci has on though!

hmm...i have no clue. american apparel dress though.
i must say i prefer a more motorcycle/aviator look to a leather jacket. the puff shoulder jacket would look better in a tweed IMO.
