Hi what does everyone think of the brand new design Chloe Roy Bag? It’s currently available for pre-order. I really like the way they incorporated the iconic Chloe bracelet detailings on the sides. It’s currently only available in classic Medium size, they may introduce more sizes soon!

Upcoming Chloe advertising campaign is featuring the Chloe Roy Bag in beautiful Tan. I think if I buy this bag I’d definitely want this Tan colour.

Spotted Fashion website featured some pictures of the Chloe Roy Bag. I think the bag is very thoughtfully designed with secure zip closure, front slip pocket and it comes with two straps that can be worn on shoulder or crossbody. Also the iconic Chloe bracelet ring detailing on the sides make the bag stand out beautifully.

I agree, it looks nicer than other designs. but it's Faye meets Day Faye plus side oversized loop hardware and is it a pocket just hanging outside? these two details are turnoff for me, I'd rather go for Day Faye.
also long strap with extended chains like she's trying to throw a little bit of different successful designs together, even citing Chanel with quilting and chains that Chloe has never done, and hope to make it work?

I like it but also like the Faye Day better. The Roy, interestingly (to me anyway), has a bit of a masculine feel. And what I like about Chloe bags is they are oh so feminine.

I agree, I can see the Chloe Faye, Faye Day and Nile blended into the bag, which is probably why it feels very Chloe. However I still really like it, it seems easy and practical to use. We will have to wait and see what the new designer has in store for future Chloe bags.

I think the new designer is trying to make Chloe ‘more edgy’ with the chains, quilting etc which I don’t think Chloe really needs. The Nile and Faye for example are all very cool.

I'm just not liking this one very much. Saw it in the campaign and was intrigued but seeing all of the additional pics has made me realize it's not for me. It looks somehow cheap to me with the big rings on both sides and the different color leathers on the bag and strap. This usually doesn't bother me at all but on this bag it does for some reason. And I agree with previous posters that it feels a little masculine and kind of looks like a strained faye/nile combo. Makes me sad because I'm usually a big fan of all Chloe designs. I do admit that since I recently purchased the Chloe Faye day and am loving that one I might be a little biased

I should have added that I wasn't in love with the Faye at first. Didn't get the big hardware and the chain but the very first time I saw one of the Fayes in person I was totally in LOVE!! I actually bought a small faye too, from Fashionphile in great shape, and need to post pics!

Oh how exciting! Yes please share photos in the Chloe Faye thread would love to see your new bag. I adore the Faye bag more now then when it was initially released.
