Thank you everyone for your advice and support! I very much appreciated evrryones input and you all made me feel a lot better. I went to cartier today and im elated to report that the service advisor buffed the scratch and dent, took about 10 min while we waited, and this was the end result! I had to get home and look for where the original damage was because I could not find it by just looking down. Im so relieved! The edge is still sharp and square too! I asked them to put it back on my left wrist but it ended up being a little too snug to be comfortable (might also be because im bloated today bc of my period) so i put it back on my right. I will wear a wristband and try to be more careful and hopefully switch it to my left wrist down the line (but i do wear a watch everyday so i dont know!). I just needed to share the results, thanks so much everyone , i couldnt be more pleased

That’s what I called Magic!
Good to know Cartier can do that.
What a happy ending.

Looks perfect! I'm so glad you were able to get it polished and it didn't take off too much gold. It looks amazing! Enjoy it and wear it everyday.

It looks fantastic, I'm so happy for you!!

Have them buff those areas only since your bracelet is new. I think it will come back improved.

I had a small scuff buffed out and a deep shine when I got mine engraved, and I was pleased that I got the scuff removed.

I would also suggest wearing a wristband when doing housework, etc to protect it for the first 3 months during “the adjustment period” to the bracelet.

I don’t like scratches so I wear one frequently and have avoided many scratches.

I asked them based on this advice and that is what she did, thank you!!

I’m very happy for you and glad you got it done!

People are afraid of rounded edges, but it takes a lot of polishing and buffing to get rounded edges so I wouldn’t worry too much about that happening. It’s a rare occurrence.

For scuffs, get a polishing cloth like Town Talk for gold. It can remove minor scuffs, but use a wristband - does wonders!

Enjoy!!
