Question to you ladies, do you just use your mousselines in the summer? I tried to use my Kelly 'n Pearl last summer but I have to say it was too warm on me most of the summer days. But they seem to be too thin for colder days.
Spring time is the best time for mousseline for me actually. Today was a bit chilly despite plenty of sunshine, so I paired my Kantha with a wool coat. The look ended up being surprisingly spring-y, magnolia-like .

per the requests, here are few quick pix from playing around in the hotel room.
I actually wore the pink one with the black dress to dinner that night!
sorry quality isn't the best, as I was using iPhone. Plus I need to review Elaine's directions on the girl scout knot!
One thing that I like but you can't really see in these pix, is the narrow contrast hem.

Gorgeous blue Rose! My heart goes out to the pink CW. Twins now! ;-)

Oh Chestnutty, why are you such an enabler? Your pink Kantha is so classy against your grey coat! ♡

I hate you, Hopiko! I thought I can ban myself from buying this, but your pics are always so enabling!

...

OMG, YOU ARE TOO FUNNY! You don't hate me, you love me ....you would hate me if I waited until after it was gone from the stores and you couldn't get it! Maybe time for a trip to Paris....with the exchange rate and the VAT, moussies are a bargain (like everything else) :p. It is almost worth the flight alone! D

PS: Love the Kantha....perfect look..as always!

Scarf1, both are beautiful on you!

Your Kantha is stunning! You wear it very well! I on the other hand would not be able to either tie it like that or pull off that look. But but I think I will eventually cave in and buy another moussie...

XiangXiang, I was torn between the blue and the pink English Garden.....the pink shows off the details of the design more clearly and the colors feel much lighter....I was looking for lighter colorways as I have a few darker moussies...so check it out! I also found a fabulous light blue one, Alliances du Monde, that was not even on my radar.
FabF, be sure to check out the mousselines on your trip, they really are special and versatile.and surprisingly sturdy,

kate, I broke down and ordered the pink from H.com! I was panicking because the blue CW has gone from there and I thought I'd grab it before it disappears. None of them are available in my store so I don't want to wait.

xiagXiang, well done! You will be happy that you did, it looks very different IRL than the blue and the colors are lovely. I ll post photo of my other one as soon as I get caught up today here,

Positively gorgeous!!! Absolutely love the way you have tied your mousseline making it look so light and airy befitting the material. Must try this and hope to be successful.

Did you order Jardin Anglais? think you made a great choice, I have seen the pink and the blue, love them both and trying not to succumb because I got the neutral one already. If it's the right store I am guessing, I think they sold out fast.
