D Lee, Anfang, Ayala_jessica: Thank you for your sweet words. I'm glad to be your twin, D Lee - you picked many winners this season :hugs:.
Ms Piggy - a fellow mousse lover's wish is my command :D.

And how it layers up vs. one layer

If you are to buy this mousse, please inspect carefully before buying. My friend and I both had to exchange our first for a perfect one. The first one I got had a thread defect, which looks like in the below listing but much longer and visible.

This is amazing and I'm not even a fan of green. Thanks for the heads up on the possible defect.

It's beautiful on you Chestnut! Congrats - so perfect with your outfit too. Sigh. So many gorgeous H choices - very tempting for sure.

Superb Chestnutty!!! I love that this has lots of different colors; some of the mostly red or mostly blue mousselines don't show the pattern as well. Great choice!

Some of you may know that I love stained glass details on H scarves, so needless to say, Ors Bleus d'Afrique is a must-have for me. I haven't decided on which cw to order for 90cm yet, but when I came across and tried on this shawl at my store, I was sold! The coloration is so unique: a little bit of celery green at the border, a relaxing mint background, accents in kaki and lavender, and "stained" details in turquoise. Adorable!
Please excuse me for the big photo, but I'd like to show close-up how beautiful this mousse layers up and the turquoise "stain" near the lavender star. And yes, plenty of polka dots :p!

Hi Chestnutty,
Do u know when Peuple du Vent moussie would come in? Do I have to wait til Xmas?
D Lee - I don't know, it's a Fall design, though. I recall Axis Mundi was a Fall 2012 mousse and didn't arrive until February 2013, so I think I must stay patient and my wallet is safe for the time being :D.

Stunning ensemble, Chestnutty! :smile1:

Love it, Chestnutty, it looks great on you and one can really see the pattern in this cw. My SA showed me one a few weeks ago, but it was a different cw and even I couldn't tell what the pattern was. I do love the pattern on this one, so want to find one like yours where the details show up so nicely!! Enjoy!!

Hi hermesick,
I must thank u for sharing the photo of your Afrique with us, because without your post, I wouldn't have got mine. At the time you posted, I had already got my first Aftique mousse cw1 fuchsia turquoise/vert/famboise. But your photos were so heavenly that I called my SA straightaway to reserve one for me! This is the first time in my life that I have committed myself to purchase even before trying the scarf on! I was THAT determined. Fortunately it also looked very good on me. When Chestnutty posted, I then understood why I loved it so much. The design is gorgeous & it shows thru' the moussie. The green color itself is layered & not one-dimentional & flat. It is also a rare color. It has got details & not just patches of color. What a wonderful moussie.

Awww, my pleasure ! I am so happy to hear that my pics were helpful, D Lee. I totally agree with you, this moussie is stunning, particulary in this cw , very unique and multidimensional.
But I must admit ,that I am still thinking about buying yours too (cw 1) which I also admire !
Happy to know that we are twins now :smile1:

Hello my fellow moussie lovers, I have really enjoyed seeing all of the beautiful eye candy while catching up on this thread = congrats to all on the gorgeous new babies!

Question for those who have seen the CeI mousse stole cw 03 poudre irise/corail/vert: when I tried this on in the boutique, it appeared to be a changeant but now that I am wearing it today for the first time, I cannot see the changeant at all! The cw has a "two color" first color (if that makes sense) so it seems that it should be a changeant from poudre to irise, but I am not seeing it despite running around my office windows to look at it in different lights. Am I blind???
