Some info, on this thread the "raspberry" CeI was posted on 7/14 by our dear Hiyopura picture 3112 (would love the number and CW #) and then Dear Ayala posted vert jaune blue vert CW 04 picture 3118. I would love to have the entire number of both since I love both. However I do not know where one would find them............they seem to be elusive. Best, me............

I am having a mini-hissy fit - I am getting trouble about using my Hermes credit - something that I am not physically in the store..................isn't this supposed to be a central computerized system?

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Here it is the CeI ref number 401747S 04 :-)

jp_536 - I meant the CeI. It occurs to me that most cw of CeI are changeants, except cw 3(pink/orange).
Also, in the last few seasons, their tags often do not specify changeante or not, which is a bit inconvenient when ordering. For example, my 2011 blue Mosaique au 24's tag doesn't say changeante and say only Bleu lac/Marine, but the shawl does have a turquoise sheen. Same year 2011, a blue Jardins d'Armenie stole I saw on eBay does specify "changeante". it baffles me to no end!

Yes for sure!! H always loves to baffle us!! Can't understand why there's no consistency!! :/.
You ladies and your CeIs!! Killing me!! I'm loving the animals on it!! But I don't want to get a stole! Lol ;). I passed on the brown one weeks back bc I told myself not to get into the "stole" size - stick with the 140s for moussies... But I can't stop thinking about how pretty it was. Perfect for fall! :)

Chestnutty, as promised here are a couple of side by side pics of CeI. Hope this helps ;-)

I happily purchased the purple/violet "Chasse en Inde" mousseline from the Palm Beach boutique a few weeks ago. Frankly, the color suited both me and my wardrobe. Plus, I think the delightful little figures show up best in this colorway. Super with all shades of pink, gray, black, etc. DH was smitten so that says lots, lol.

Just wanted to let you know how I made my decision. Everybody is different, of course, but this happily worked for me.

I agree, ms piggy, I'm not a fan of CeI as it has men with riffles in it and I hate violence. But repetitive patterns are my weak spot - they tie very well.

It wasn't so much the hunting scenes that I didn't like but I thought the small repetitive print was very 'grandmotherly' :p How wrong I was. It's so ethereal in the light mousseline!

Thank you for the side by side pic and the compilation of the list of colours. I tried both the bleu gris/parme and the poudre iris/corail at the same time. They are quite different but soooooo lovely in their own ways. I didn't want to be rash so was 'force' to pick one. I went with the quiet elegant purple but the other sweet cw is still haunting me!

I never liked the stole size and have passed quite a few prints previously. Somehow, this print just work on the mousseline stole. The combination and the colours produced this round is completely spot on. I guarantee once you try it on, you wouldn't be able to walk away. ;)

Originally I did not want a stole. I just love those BIG GM shawls. But as I started wearing those beautiful CeI stoles I really love the way they make me feel. They make me feel light, swishy, girlie, ..........and something must show in my demeanor cuz. People
Seem to compliment that look. I do not have much experience with mousses but this season is killing my wallet! Those mousses". Love em

I believe cw07 doesn't exist. I've never saw cw08, has anyone?

ms piggy, elegant purple is a great choice! And congrats to merrydish too.

D Lee, I agree, this is such a great pattern, I told my SA I could take all as long as the cw makes me look good... ;)
I adore all the cw, but since I'm not very good with deep coloration scarves, looks like my money tree is safe!

Thx hopiko! I have been buying moussies for 4/5 months & I have accumulated 9 already! At this rate of purchase, I was worried I could have dozens in no time! Thank God this season is a very exceptional bumper season. So next season I could expect a 'normal' yield of one or two. That would be much gentler on my purse!:smile1:

D, you have amassed an extraordinary collection! You are quite lucky as typically I haven't seen more than 1 or 2 that I must have. The moussies of late have been sooooo beautiful!

Happy to be twins on this one! It is such a beautiful, casual stole, so easy to wear!

Funny, I too have avoided the stole and this pattern! Now I love both!

Hope you love your, too!

Ok, so Bonnie, I guess you knew what was in my future! And as you requested, here is the CdK that I picked up on Friday (I believe that I am twins with D. Lee on this one!) It is a changeant but the colors are high contrast so the effect is not as evident in this one. I love the way it ties.
Wow! I love this design and it looks amazing tied!
