and thank you ms p for your input
Why are decisions about H just so hard?
I love my Rayures, and thats always the one I seem to go to first.
I think maybe, because to me it feels more casual and its not too colour specific.
As you can see most of mine are all quite tonal.
What did you think of the green Rayures?

The green Rayures Mexicaines is lovely but if I were to choose one I'd still pick the one you have now. Then again, am not a green fan.

The Carre Kanta has to me a "casual" feel, not in the Rayures Mexicaines way but it's not too "formal/dressy" either like the Dahlia and the rest of the tonal ones. Most of the Kantha colourways are rather "colourful" - you definitely see a mixture of colours and the prints.

This Piviones(sp) is stunning, love the changeant effect. And the black Dahlia is without a doubt the ultimate!

anyone has pics of the CARRE KANTHA mousse in these colours: bright vert, mustard yellow, light pink and light grey?

I saw and tried 3 colourways of the Carre Kantha mousseline today :

red - the colourway is tonal but the red was just way too bright for my liking eventhough its described as rouge vif. I was so hoping this would be the one.

orange - this is actually potiron and it has purple/violet. Really lovely for those who can do orange.

pink - a pastel/baby pink and rather tonal. Unfortunately this washes me out.

And I was expecting the mousselines to be really soft and drape-y but it felt rather stiff instead. It just felt different from the Cirque Mollier ones I tried few months ago.

Oooo Raz, we have similar taste! I have the changeante Pivoines in a darker plum, AND the dahlia in a sepia (forgot the c/w name but it's a reddish-brown) Yours are so stunning.
Don't know how to begin to advise you on choosing the Carre Kantha, although i've seen the vert amande which is most neutral, and the red, and the anthracite in the boutique. I was most in love with the vert amande and the anthracite between those 3.
Good luck and be sure to post action pix once you decide!

p.s. the other models (Tanker Toad, etc.) here look so great.
and thank you Katel for that preview of S/S 2010. For sure New Springs and Paddock will be hard for me to resist.

Thank you LailaT and again ms p, well I finally made up my mind, and asked my SA to do a search for the green Rayures Mexicaines.
I love the Carre Kantha, but I find the Rayures so easy to wear.
Yesterday, I splashed water all over it, and it didnt show at all, because the mousseline on this particular design, is a little sort of crinkly, not at all like my regular mousses.
LailaT, we are scarf cousins!!
Is your Dahlia in the Marron colour??

MsP, you are right about the "hand" of these new mousselines. I was wondering what was different. My others are softer (including my cirque) except for my OpH, which is woven differently.

I wondered as well lulilu. Even the OP'H ones has a softer hand despite the "crease" style of the mousseline. The Carre Kanthas just felt like it's little "starched" if you kwim? The SA assured that it would and should soften upon use.

that doesn´t sound too tempting, I fell in love with the mousses becuase of their softness and flow! I guess I should go to my store and have a feel:p

Nice collection Raz!

Can anyone please tell me the CW name of the Mexican Stripes mousse second from the top right? Is this the turquoise colorway? I'm a bit confused as I see no turquoise in it! :confused1: Anyway, I find it stunning!

A gorgeous collection Raz. My store still has the green Rayures Mexicaines. Personally I think a Carre Kanta would be a lovely addition, either in the anthracite or the vert.

Which design is the purplish one on the top left?

Sin verguenza, thank you, yes its the Turqouise (01) colourway.
There is a bit of blue running through it which can be seen better in the pic below.
but I think the most prominent colour is pink!!

sv, yes, get it, I wear mine loads, I also hopefully have the green colourway on the way too!!

Actually, speaking of Rayures.
Today I was folding mine up and realised that Hermes isnt mentioned anywhere on the Shawl.
Am I missing it or can other owners confirm that it indeed doesnt have Hermes on it?
