Wore it today and I LOVE it. It is not so prominent, as mousselines are so sheer and light. Believe it or not it is very understated and soft. The colors are muted. I wear grey suits, black and taupe. Very conservative and this fits my lifestyle perfectly.
I am not in medical but instead my professional fields are military/aviation/business/politics.

TT, love your new beauty. I tried on the orange one a few months ago (the changeant) and it is gorgeous. Would soooo love to add this to my collection.

Gorgeous and elegant ! Love the colors.

I am not sure who outside the medical field would wear this- the caduceus is way too prominant. I am not a fan of this Ex Libris spin-off.
What a supercilious comment . . . tantamount to saying one would have to be a horse's ass to love Ledoux. This is about TT loving her new mousse and sharing that with like-minded people.

Just FYI, the caduceus, although it has come to be the symbol of the medical profession, has its origins in Greek mythology as the staff of Hermes!

So I think it's certainly appropriate for any of us who are fans of Hermes, or Greek mythology, and it has an extra meaning for those of us in medicine.

However, chacun a son gout!

Pardon my naked self-interest, but does anyone know if this riff on Ex Libris may be still available in stores? And an opinion on whether this colorway is best on blondes (I am not blonde but I love it - regardless of its connotations from Greek mythology, medical field etc) lol.

GG, may I ask if you got any of the RO mousselines - they are beautiful. . . and I would love to see action pics.

I bought mine from a sweet tPFer in Europe but my SA in Chicago called me on Friday all excited becuase she had a Mouss she thought I would like. It was this one, I already had! It comes in several colorways and I believe Chicago still has them and I also saw the other colorways in Las Vegas/Bellagio.

Ok, call me dumb but what does RO stand for?
RENCONTRE OCEANE

This is a GM mousseline that is made as a special edtion for the reopening of the KoP Hermes store in Pennsylvania. There are three colors - green, black, or a royal? blue. All are quite beautiful and would be a great mousseline for those who liked the RO twill. Actually I think the mousselines are prettier.

Thank you TT! Am agonizing over this or tigre royale GM (yep, I am a wee bit late lol) I will probably get to the current designs in two years. . . :)
