THANK GOD there isn't a store near me! My husband would probably kill me after the damage I've done this month

Lol, I wonder how it differs to the outlets, Macy's, etc. Would love to go there to buy something... Maybe another Miranda or a Casey 😅😊. They would be worth the trip and splurge, IMO.

I guess I should have been happy this one was at least in a box. I've had numerous saffiano bags from Macy's shipped in those plastic shipping bags!.I always vow to never order bags from them, but they always seem to have the best deals so it's so hard to stay away!

I'm sure all the dents are thanks to UPS, but the box itself barely had a piece of tape securing the opening. I think both Macy's and UPS dropped the ball on this one. I'm just happy the bag made it okay! The UPS delivery man apologized and wanted me to open it before he left so he could make sure everything inside was fine.

Macy's can be a hit in miss with their packaging, but exchanging/returning items is so easy. Disappointment sucks but I'm willing to fight for my perfect bag.

I just checked the coupon again - it says it excludes MK. Sorry.

Oh and it says Star Pass on it (not sure if it makes any difference).

Star pass is very different as it excludes regular priced MK. It works on sale (clearance) MK though

Yeah I have one too since they cancelled the order in my grape Selma. Kinda pissed, what's the point of giving you a coupon that you can't use on MK when the order that got cancelled was for MK?? Stupid

It works on MK. I used both of mine today on full priced MK

Oh I thought the sorry it got cancelled coupon they give you was good on anything? That sucks you can't use the coupon on MK. Maybe if you talked to customer service or even a SA they might give you a discount? Good luck!

My UPS guy told me he received the box in that condition. I think Macy's uses cheap packing tape that doesn't keep the box's structure in tact. Plus they never bubble wrap anything.

I've returned so many bags to Macy's because of the lousy shipping.

Haha what she means is that she is on a ban that is self-imposed..I am also now banning myself from buying any more bags! I've been on an MK spree and I'm satisfied with my collection at the moment, just gotta enjoy what I have

No, not that I'm "not" allowed, I'm banning myself as I've made a bunch of bag purchases recently.

Good for you for resisting, although it's so hard. I was interested in the Bowery hobo. Fortunately it's only available in 3 colors and none I want or need.
