Yeah I have one too since they cancelled the order in my grape Selma. Kinda pissed, what's the point of giving you a coupon that you can't use on MK when the order that got cancelled was for MK?? Stupid
Oh I thought the sorry it got cancelled coupon they give you was good on anything? That sucks you can't use the coupon on MK. Maybe if you talked to customer service or even a SA they might give you a discount? Good luck!
My aqua/silver Hamilton arrived! It was a return, but seems to be in great condition. The box on the other hand, was completely smashed. I'm really getting tired of Macy's crappy packing. I don't care if I pay full price or 50% off, no box should look like the one I received. That's twice now with Macy's. Regardless, I'm happy to finally have the aqua bag I missed out on and even more thrilled it has shw! The photo on the website showed gold.
Maybe it was the shipping company (fedex/ups)? When my box arrived from Macy's when I bought my sutton it was in excellent shape. Have you seen videos of those employees just throwing and kicking some their packages they are supposed to deliver? It's crazy! Glad that your bag hasn't been harmed though hehe

I once received a packaged mk purse from macys that I could swear someone kicked the box like a football punt. The bag itself was dented everywhere with bad stitching and an actual hole in the saffiano! The hamilton I received was an obvious return by some dingbat who used it. I returned it the same day I received it instore. Macys shipping service is terrible. Dillards is okay, zappo's is great and MK is of course fab with their careful packaging.
No, I've never been to a MK boutique, just to the outlet. 😑I'm on a ban, so I just can't torture myself by going to inspect, lol.
I guess I should have been happy this one was at least in a box. I've had numerous saffiano bags from Macy's shipped in those plastic shipping bags!.I always vow to never order bags from them, but they always seem to have the best deals so it's so hard to stay away!
I'm sure all the dents are thanks to UPS, but the box itself barely had a piece of tape securing the opening. I think both Macy's and UPS dropped the ball on this one. I'm just happy the bag made it okay! The UPS delivery man apologized and wanted me to open it before he left so he could make sure everything inside was fine.
