I would have asked for a manager because they are suppose to.... I am sorry I always do that and never have a problem

She told me she was a manager. Was really snotty acting as well and acted like it was torture to answer my questions. She was redoing displays for the new bags and I told her I could wait and run an errand while she finished. I didn't push any further because I didn't want her to get the sale anyway after the way she treated me. I'm going to try my other Macy's tomorrow if I have time. Might get the iris riley too after seeing your pics! !

Ohhhhhh you need to its so yummy!!! I hope you have more luck tomorrow, that girl was just wrong, but I dont blame you I wouldnt have gave her the sale either!!! Lord forbid if your not there for the customers. What a brat!!!

She told you wrong. It's shocking how bad customer service can be at times. The manager at Journeys didn't know how to process a return for an online order today. I thought I'd never get out of there! Lol

Ugh. I would have asked if there was a manager who actually knew what they were doing. When people are snotty I tell them all about themselves. I worked in customer service in college and I hate when people are jerks.

I knew the moment I raw her I wouldn't have any luck, she just always looks angry. I haven't seen my usual SA in awhile. I'm thinking maybe she left, she was always the sweetest.

I really should have. Thinking back now, I shouldn't have been so polite in return. She really was a jerk to me, especially since I told her I could wait till she had time to help me.
 
I just called my other local Macy's. The SA said I could only presale once it gets closer to the actual sale date. I've worked with her before and she said she got into trouble for placing too many orders too soon the last time they did VIP. She gave me 2 options: order it now full price and return/rebuy at 25% off the day before sale starts or just come in the day before and order through her.

Macy's is just making this too annoying to even bother with.
