For some reason those won't work online on a lot of sale stuff but my store usually lets me. I don't get it

I'm curious what is your opinion about the bags "new with defects", usually items that were shown in stores, therefore handled by customers. I am still doing my research to find the best deals. I'd still like to know the opinion of the more established mk bags users, that are so knowledgeable about them.
