Anybody know how the returns are at bloomingdales when returning by mail? I might take advantage of the current sale. Is the return process quick? Or would I wait a long time to get my refund? I already read their policy but just wondering from others personal experience.

Their return policy is excellent. The whole process takes about 7-10 days. Once it is in their warehouse, the credit shows up a couple days later. :smile1:

Awesome! Thanks girls! Looking to get some shoes ;) hopefully they fit perfectly so I don't even need to deal with returns. I got weird size feet now after pregnancy haha. I'm like in between sizes.

I really like their customer service. I had a kate spade wallet that was defective and needed to exchange it. They made it easy for me to exchange and then when I changed my mind about wanting it, the actual store called me twice to tell me that they were refunding my money.

Hello! Just a quick question. I stopped by a Michael Kors store today to pick up a surprise gift for my girlfriend. She had mentioned in passing that she really liked a bag that I later found out was a Selma (Large) in Dark Dune. The sales lady said it was in stock and priced at $298.00. But when the cashier charged me, it was only $214.80. Was this a mistake or is there a deal going on? I couldn't find anything about it on the Michael Kors site. Any ideas?

Not sure about deals but I think $298 is the usual retail price for a medium.....wait for a someone from the US to comment though but I'm i mention it so you can just check which size you have got as you say you got the large for her but I think the price indicates medium, if that makes a difference to you/ her.

$298 is the retail price for a medium Selma. If it's a large, it should have an "LG" on the price tag.

It should say "LG TZ Satchel" if it's the large, which retails for $358. The medium retails for $298. Looks like you got a large for the price of a medium and then got an additional sale discount. :tup:
