Thank you for sharing!!! I have never heard of this website but I had to order also! I passed up the peanut at the store when it was on sale but wanted it in another color- haven't seen it in navy but I LOVE navy Hamilton with the gold lock and chain!! I also ordered. Hope it doesn't take too long. Thank again for the heads up and codes!! :tender:
You're welcome. I'm glad others can take advantage of the deal. Forzieri is an international online luxury retailer, so ships to almost every country in the world. There's a chance that BeFrugal may not honor the cash back because they may not accept double coupons, but e*Bates is offering 7.5% cash back for Forzieri. So I clicked through on e*Bates, too, to at least get 7.5% cash back should BeFrugal not work.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask a question like this - but I ordered a bag which was on sale (not clearance) through the Michael Kors website. A couple hours later I looked at their return policy and to my horror realized that anything on sale = final sale. I double checked the item on the website, and my invoice and nowhere did it state that the item is not returnable.

I haven't received it yet and hopefully it will work out for me, but I am so upset. I am a savvy consumer and it just seems nuts that they are able to get away with something like this. I called them but they said they can't do anything even though thr order hadn't even shipped yet.

I checked state laws and there does appear to be a law requiring the merchant to clearly disclose the return policy prior to purchase. They even state that putting it on a receipt is not sufficient to meet that requirement.

My next stop is going to be my credit card, I used Discover. I am going to present them with what I described above and hope they can help. Anyone deal with anything like this? I can't imagine ever buying another Michael Kors bag after this experience....

Unfortunately, that's MK's policy on his website. Anything on sale is NOT returnable and is considered FINAL SALE. So you have to be pretty sure you want the item before ordering directly from his website. This information is on the website in the Returns & Exchanges Policy. I don't think there is anything you can do.

fieldsinspring, I already got a shipping confirmation! My bag should be here on Saturday! :happydance:

Anyone has this problem with michaelkors.com? Everytime I clicked onto a sale item it is not available, it doesn't even say out of stock, it's just not available for the sale price listed! I feel pretty frustrated how their website is setup like that

One of the many reasons I hate buying at MK outlet or MK sale store. It's a pain in the butt. Usually they are good about allowing you to exchange

That's awesome!! Mine did too!! It says Saturday but that's just a quoted dAte, when I go on the dhl link it doesn't say a date.
I think it might actually arrive before Saturday. My bag left Florence, Italy today and is already in Germany. It's so funny watching the DHL tracking. I feel like my bag has a seat on a jetliner to me. LOL! :broom:

Unfortunately, this is MK's policy on bags that's are on sale. It clearly states this on their Web site. You could refuse the package on delivery and they HAVE to give you a refund.. At least I'm assuming they will. Call a representative to double check. If there is a problem with a bag (I. E. Damaged, faulty, etc) they will fix it for you. I ordered a bag in dale, but it came with scratches that i couldn't live with. I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund. They're pretty good when it comes to problems. I wouldn't worry too much, but yes, it does help to know return policy BEFORE hand. Good luck!

I can't wait to see your new bag!! So exciting!

My large navy Hamilton satchel arrived yesterday! Only 2 days all the way from Italy to the USA?!?! I've posted my box opening in the Hamilton Hotties' Clubhouse thread. Fully unwrapped pics to come soon...

How can that even be possible?! Priority mail from California to Washington takes about 2-3 days! lol
